Is it bad to drink coffee??

Question: I was wandering if it is bad to drink coffee when you are a teenager, and if it hurts your memory or concentration in any way. Just tell me any facts about coffee. Thanks!
PS: I was wandering because I recently read an article that said in the morning before an exam, don“t drink coffee, just milk or juice. I was wandering if there was and real reason or if that information was wrong
Answers: Caffeine has many uses and can be good for you if used appropriately.
Caffeine is the number one insecticide for vegetables grown in the USA. It is simply sprayed onto the growing plants and washed off after harvest. The way that it kills insects is it increases Dopamine to the point where the insect's neurons die. Caffeine also kills most kinds of animals this way, -especially dogs as uneducated people sometimes think it is good to give their dog a chocolate treat and which if untreated results in the death of the animal about 12-13 hours later. Most animals can't consume caffeine because it does the same thing to them as it does to insects. Only the human lineage (humans and certain monkeys) can consume caffeine safely. It does increase Dopamine in humans, but not to the point of cellular death. In fact caffeine has shown itself to actually prevent Dopamine producing neuronal cell losses in humans and therefore aids in the prevention of Parkinson's Disease. The American Food and Drug Administration recommends drinking 12 to 18 ounces of coffee a day (2 to 3 cups), but not within the last 8 hours of the day before sleep.

Another plus is people who consume caffeine don't have internal parasites (internal parasites are actually as common in humans as they are in lower organisms), as the caffeine destroys them.

Caffeine effects other neurotransmitters in the brain and can have a derogatory effect if abused or used in excess. It acts upon the neurotransmitter Adenosine primarily. Excess consumption (more than 450 mg a day) can can cause altered states of reality, mood variations and anxiety. Withdrawal can cause cravings, headaches and temper outbursts.

It should not be used by pregnant women.
Yes, stop doing it.
Well if you drink coffee, there you would have a temporary momnet of awakeness. So i guess its good for some things like an exam in the morning. If you are a heavy drinker of coffee, you'll need a lot of it to stay awake. Thats all I know. Hope that helps
There are so many articles written about the good and bad effects of coffee. I am not allowed to drink coffee, because I have a mild heart problem, and coffee is a stimulant. It contains caffeine.I observe that Americans drink an awful lot of coffee, mainly black and strong. The other thing I have noticed. It does give some people bad headaches.I would think it is a matter of personal choice. Good Luck!
I usually drink coffee before taking a exam, in that way i am alert
