Does drinking milk before bedtime good for diabetic??
Answers: Regular cow's milk is not very good for a diabetic to be drinking at any time during the day. It is high in sugar, and drinking it before bed would not be a good idea. I would suggest switching over to soy milk, which is lower in sugar, carbohydrates, and fat. This way, your body won't have to cope with a large amount of sugar in your system, especially since you will be inactive while you sleep.
