Ibs patient got recommended milk of magnesia??
Question: i was suffering from IBS and was taking cetracel and metamucil from last one month, but today i went to the doctor and he prescribed me milk of magnesia, i just want to know is it a laxative, or will i depend on it after taking it for some time, and also how long should i take it. because i dont want to depend on medicines, i am 24 yrs old male. Please advice me.......
