Is drinking milk useless for lactose intolerant people??

Question: Since u lack the enzymes needed to digest it, don't u miss out on the benefits of drinking milk (better health, etc.) if ur lactose intolerant? thus making milk drinking pointless?
Answers: Yes you do. But you can drink goats milk which is good for you as well. If you are lactose intolerant you can not digest the fats in cows milk. It causes cramps and other symptoms. Babies that cry constantly after feeding probably are intolerant. When given goats milk they sleep like a baby .
