Is it true drinking a lot of milk can cause acne??


Answers: Nope. completely false. Diet has little impact on acne, with the exception of water intake. While there have been some studies linking hormonally infused foods like meat or milk, that hasnt really been proven.

Factors that cause acne are mainly genetics, dehydration, and to some smaller degree hormone surges that accompany stress and/or menstruation.
To much Diary Products can cause break outs also Caffeine. Slow down the intake of above mentioned and ad the Vitamins: Beta Carotene, Zinc-about 25mg. per day and clean face thorough daily and on Back, exfoliate regularly.
