Name some soft drinks/ juices or milk products that can consume by diabetes??

Answers: As a nutritional therapist and also a type II diabetic you may not like my answer. You should not be drinking any fruit juices at all. Fruit has fiber so it slows down the sugar getting into your blood stream. So some fruits are good, in moderation, and eaten with protein. I usually eat a few blueberries and a chunk of cheese together. You can also have a piece of chicken or even some nuts like walnuts with a small amount of your favorite fruit. Check out the glycemic index of your fruits. Milk products- depends which ones. Like I mentioned I eat cheese(usually raw cheese). Milk has a lot of carbohydrates. Check out the label on the container. Try to stay in the 5 gm sugar and 10-12 gm carb range/meal. Also it depends on whether you are a type I or type II. Since most of the diabetics are type II, my answers will be correct. I have also helped type I diabetics. As far as soft drinks, you would do best to avoid them, especially ones with aspartame as it is a poison. It breaks down to formaldehyde and methyl alcohol(wood alcohol) when it gets hot. You can tell by the taste as it is not as sweet. So... you can drink those with sucralose or splenda, but personally the jury is out on that too. So limit those. You would do best with making fresh organic herbal teas, cooling them and adding stevia( a natural sweetner found in most health food stores). It doesn't spike your blood sugar, and is NOT toxic in any way. I like the powdered type, KAL brand myself. I just made chili and put it in there. It was great! Diabetes is my specialty with health and diet. So, ask away.
everything can be consumed by someone with diabetes, it is just a matter of maintaing a healthy blood sugar level.
I can't agree that diabetes should avoid all fruit juice! First of all, what save you when your sugar gone low? Fruit juice, liquid is easier and faster absorbed by the body than any other solid substance. You have to admit that fruit juice is much healthier than soda when you need to rise your sugar level fast, it takes as little as 2 minutes to bring you back to the reality.

Cheese is full of protein so milk sugar and fat. I would rather go for beans and nut, fibers are never bad for anybody by the way. Fibers slow the sugar absorption in the blood steam, so your sugar don't go sky high at once and the delay gives the insulin to work into your body system.
You can drink and eat anything you want to you just have to watch your carbs. If sugar's so bad for us then why does a Diabetic person need something sweet like a regular soda or candy? If sugar alone caused Diabetes then 99.9% of the world's population would have Diabetes.
Anything without sugar....

diet sodas work, crystal lite, they have no sugar/low sugar juices all over the place now! Just search your local grocery store!!! :-)

Mineral water

1/2 mineral water and 1/2 naturally sweetened juice that has no added sugar or corn syrup, equaling 4 ounces in glass of ice with a wedge of lemon.

Soy milk.

No dairy of any kind, no diet sodas of any kind, and no crystal light... No artificial sweeteners of any kind, they are neuro toxins.
