Do you mean pencil lead ? If so, it's not made out of lead anymore, and no, you won't die. I've had some in my hand for over 22 years.
Most likely not, there is no lead in pencils anymore. But if the sight gets infected and you do not remove all of the object you could get a staff infection or some other form of infection that can spread to the blood causing you to get sick. It can be serious so if you think there is any thing left in you skin you should see a doctor to have it removed.

no. the lead in pencils is actually graphite now anyway, they quit using real lead decades ago. i put some peroxide or alcohol or some other disinfectant on it though so it doesnt get infected
Nope. I have a bit of pencil lead in the palm of my hand from when I was 12 years old -- 35 years ago. The mark is still visible.
pencil lead is graphite, not lead, so its not poisonous. I know someone who got a pencil lead stuck in her thigh once, and the skin grew over it and she is perfectly fine. This was years ago too.
But you may want to consider asking the manufacturer and see what kind of pencil lead they use, maybe they use some slightly toxic materials, maybe they don't.

the only way it could kill you is if it got really bad infected and you didnt go to the doctor. you would know it was infected because it would be red and swollen and sore. Pencil Lead does not contain lead (which can be poisionous) it is made from clay and graphite. so worst case secenrio is you will have a black spot where the lead was for the rest of your life similar to a tatoo
