Do dairy products really target stomach fat??
Question: reports (and the dairy industry) have said that dieting with lowfat milk (for example) as a central component, will specifically reduce stomach fat.
Answers: Havent actually heard this one, but I do know that its proven eating Fat free yogurt Twice a day will help you lose fat in general. Along with a proper diet and workout plan.
To me, it sounds like propagandizing by the Dairy Industrial Complex . . .
Nothing really targets _any_ fat, but general weight loss can be accomplished by a diet that is rich in a variety of foods (green leafy veg and other veg, legumes, seeds, fruit, whole grains, and, if you're an omnivore, seafood and poultry, in small amounts). Also important is exercise, in order to increase the metabolism of the food you intake. Let's also not forget lots of water (a minimum of 8-10 8-oz. glasses per day) for cleansing, and to hydrate your body.
Thanks for asking a thought-provoking question!
Dairy products aid your digestion system by keeping it at work. Example, people who are lactose intolerant sometimes need to relieve themselves after drinking milk.
(For the rest of us):Dairy products will keep your metabolism on track by helping digest food in order for it to pass easily through your intestines.
Dairy products = stomach cleansers = less junk in the trunk....
you loose weight!
