Coffee, Soy Milk and Calories??

Question: So, I'm trying to watch my calories, and I know plain black coffee has few to no calories, but I like my coffee flavored, so I got some of the Splenda coffee packs (Hazelnut to be exact) And I'm thinking of adding 2-3 teaspoons of chocolate soymilk to it ( I mean come on, chocolate and hazelnut? Wins! ) Now then a serving of soymilk has 130 calories, but that's for a cup.. I'm just talking about a couple of teaspoons.. think that'll ruin it..?
Answers: Soymilk contains phytoestrogens which prohibit fast fat metabolism, so you may want to cut back on soymilk. But, I hear you, you want to still enjoy stuff while cutting calories!

Just FYI: now ya know.
IDON'T THINK THAT IT WOULD RUIN IT JUST BECAREFUL
