you may think this sounds crazy but milk does nothing for humans.God gave cows milk to feed a baby cow not humans.besides that after they pasturize it its dead so they add vit. min. to it so now your just drinking mucus with water and additives.

i dont think milk really mixes well with working out since it has the lactic acid which actually makes your muscles more tired
