Going on a diet.??
Question: after having a baby 8 weeks ago i'm already ready to lose weight. i was 126 when i got pregnant and when i had her i weighed about 188...yeah..i know...wow...
anyway, i weigh about 150 now so i was wondering what i could do to lose weight quickly and healthy too. also...is there anything that gets rid of stretch marks?? they suck!
Answers: -Avoid cheese, potatoes, junk food (chips, cookies, ice cream, candy, soda, etc.)
-Limit your intake of rice and pasta.
-Drink non fat milk instead of whole fat
-Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day
-Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits
-Eat chicken and fish instead of beef or pork
-Don't eat past 6pm
-Exercise atleast 30 minutes a day
