Is muscle milk good for you even though it has 4.5g sat fat, and 11g of fat per serving??
Answers: Muscle milk is great. A lot of guys who don't know what they are talking about rip on it for having fat. Anyone who knows anything about weightlifting and building muscle knows that your body needs fat with protein to build muscle. Guys- THEY PUT THE FAT IN THE PRODUCT ON PURPOSE. Certain fats combine well with protein to help you add muscle very effectively following your workout. I know some retards that buy bulk protein powder at Costco and never get any bigger because the powder has no fat, which is required for muscle building. I have used muscle milk for years and most of the guys who are of any size do too. The other great thing about muscle milk is that it tastes like a milk shake where some other products taste like chalk. As for price, if you search the web you can get muscle milk as cheap or cheaper than other protein products. I found it for $18 http://www.supplementsoutlet.com/cytospo... a few years back and I have been buying it online since.
You need fat to live!!
it actually has more, but i guess its ok if u want lean muscle mass u dont want all that fat so go with some whey protein instead..and you might want to look into casein protein its the slowest digesting protein so take it at night, when u sleep ur body doesnt get any protein for 7-8 hours, and a serving of slow digesting protein will help keep ur body from eating ur hard work :) hope this helps
Most cow's milk has measurable quantities of herbicides, pesticides, dioxins (up to 200 times the safe levels), up to 52 powerful antibiotics (perhaps 53, with LS-50), blood, pus, feces, bacteria and viruses. (Cow's milk can have traces of anything the cow ate... including such things as radioactive fallout from nuke testing ... (the 50's strontium-90 problem).
are you aware it comes from cows nipples?!
Everything you know about cow's milk and dairy is probably part of a Dairy industry MYTH.
Cow's milk is an unhealthy fluid from diseased animals that contains a wide range of dangerous and disease-causing substances that have a cumulative negative effect on all who consume it.
MILK'S BASIC CONTENTS
*ALL* cow's milk (regular and 'organic') has 59 active hormones, scores of allergens, fat and cholesterol.

CALCIUM
Calcium? Where do the COWS get calcium for their big bones? Yes... from plants! The calcium they consume from plants has a large amount of magnesium... necessary for the body to absorb and USE the calcium.
The calcium in cow's milk is basically useless because it has insufficient magnesium content (those nations with the highest amount of milk/dairy consumption also have the highest rates of osteoporosis. Proof? How about a controlled study of 78,000 nurses over a period of 12 years?
from a magazine ad:
did you know that in 1968, a tabacco company claimed that drinking two glasses of milk is risker than second hand smoke - which, by the way kills about 5,000 people a year?

oh yeah, and the only way a cow can produce milk is by having baby. And like humans, that milk is for their young! [isnt that messed up how people put tubes to suck out all the milk for the benefit of humans? & forget about that old fashioned farming, it's FACTORY FARMING now. how sick.]
its sometimes the reason for ACNE.
go soy! :) its good, you should try it, maybe the chocolate or vanilla flavor though. if you try the regular one, it will taste weird, but i guess thats cause youre not use to it, but after a while its pretty natural.
soy soy soy.
its great for the environment, the animals, and your health! <333
I no longer recommend dairy products after the age of 2 years. Other calcium sources offer many advantages that dairy products do not have. --Dr. Benjamin Spock
