Weight? wait!!??
Question: whats the fastet//healthiest way to lose weight? and how can i make stretch marks dissapear (as much as possible)? i wanna go down from a 10 to a 6...help?
Answers: Unfortunately stretch marks are there for life. The only way to make them disappear is surgery. If they are new, you can apply some topical lotions to them to hopefully have them blend in with your skin better.
The healthiest and fastest way to lose weight is to take a calculated, slow approach and not hope for a FAST weight loss. Fast weight loss means 90% of the time, fast weight gain right after.
A steady and Slow Pace wins the Race
Don't make the mistake most women make.
The mistake is performing low intensity exercise. i.e. walking or lifting extremely light weights.
Low intensity exercise yields low results.
Work your way up to interval cardio, by alternating walking / running or any other activity that gets your heart rate up significantly.
Start performing full body weight training, and I don't mean crunches and inner and outer thigh, which are a complete waste.
I wish you luck, there is no miracle way to immediately get results. Get out there, get moving and eat a healthy balanced LOW FAT diet, and results will be knocking at your door.

Eat right and exercise...period.
Stretch marks can be lessened but virtually impossible to make disappear completely. Cocoa butter and vitamin E are popular for making them lighter (and helping prevent new ones). Otherwise, surgery is usually the answer for removal.
You have to accept that losing weight takes time.
Talk to a nutritionist, because if you don't take it slow (two pounds a week with a moderate diet and exercise), you will gain any lost weight back.
- The healthiest way to loose weight is approx 2lbs per week
- cardio and eating healthy works the best, if you start with weight training (free weights ect) you will gain numbers on the scale but be more toned.
- start with cardio until you are happy with the scale / dress size you are and then start the free weights and endurance training
- eat things in moderation..there is no reason you have to completely cut the things you enjoy out of your life like sweets, just eat them in moderation. They how sell those 100 calorie packs of cookies and chips or chocolate bars...snack on those one in awhile so you aren't craving foods and then breaking your diet because you can't stand the cravings anymore
- plain popcorn is also a great snack (no butter no salt), you can get them in 100 calorie bags to (about 2 cups)
eat no more than 1,300 cals a day and do cardio at least 5 times a week.
stretch marks never go away but they do fade and become silvery.
to speed up the fading process you need to buy a good stretch mark cream. there expensive but worth it.
good luck honey!
