Do u think this a good plan to lose weight fast?!??


Question: i'm 13 4'8 and weight 108! if i do this well it help me lose 3-4lb per week? in morning drink milk and water! cuz i'm not morning person. we are at school so we eat lunch ate 12 p'm i'll drink mail and water! but when i get home i'll eat salad, fruits and water! and wrokout everyday for 45-1hour! so will it work?thanks

Why is it so important to lose weight at such a young age??? I would assume that you are generally healthy, and you are certainly still growing taller. No But you need to eat food more because when you eat more and then jog for 1 mile then it will make you lose the weight that you put on then after that you'll lose more weight and eat protein bars and Jog for 1/2 or 1 mile a day plus swim for about 10-15 minutes and then workout every part of your body and it will help!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)
your stupid kid,milk and water are nothing,i think thats what thay gave prisoners back in the olden days and thay died of malnutrition.maybe your mom can take you to see doctor and see if you are screwed up in the head,THAT IS NOT OVER WEIGHT,take it from me kiddo,beat up your body now while young,you will pay for it when older.please take care of your self,get on pc and find out whats good for you.
