1cup couscous
1 salad
100gram yogurt
IS THIS HEALTHY?
Answers: Mostly yes, but you may want to think about the amount of sugar you have in it as well as the fat from the nuts (they tend to be high in fat).
Pineapple, yogurt, cereal bars tend to have lots of sugar. More so if the pineapple is from a can.
You need more vegetables and protein, too.
It is a well balanced diet that has the nutrition that people should have. It has a variety of foods that are not processed, few refined sugars(what kind of yogurt-plain or fruit?), vegetables and grains. Depending on how active you are, your age, etc. it may or may not be the correct portions or amount. An athlete would need significantly more than that, a sedentary elderly person might need less.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

nuts are very high in fat, honestly, you could do better. Yogurt is ful of sugar, and so is that cereal bar, cream? Fat organic or not... Breakfast is the most healthy, but leave out the walnuts.
