When should Stimulant pills be taken??
Question: I ordered Muscle Milk from Anabolic Edge, I received 16 AX Stimulant pills. I'm supposed to drink the muscle milk powder with 10-12 ounces of water 1 hour before working out, within 1 hour after working out, and before I sleep. When should I take the stimulant pills?

eat a sensible full spectrum diet of all the essential food groups work out regularly and progress slowly & you will reach old age as a fit muscular person not a burnt out drug addict.
