Healthy breakfast??
Question: this morning i had a small banana, a non fat yogurt, coffee w/ little bit of skim milk & zero calorie sugar, & water.
will i lose weight eating this every morning?
also, i don't get to eat for the whole day, so is snacking on wheat thins okay to do when your on a diet?

You need to have a large breakfast that will sustain you well.
Try instant porridge(get the plain one) and mix in 1/2 cup of raspberries or blueberries and half a banana. Also have a piece of wholemeal toast.
You need to eat more during the day too to be able to sustain your metabolism.
Eat things like almonds, about 24 is a good serving with water, will keep you satiated enough.
Try and have something like a salad with tuna and low fat dressing or sushi for lunch.
Avoid sodas and high sugar foods.
Eat lots of veggies.
And do cardio 3-5 times a week of ra least 20 minutes and weight training 3 days a week.
