I would go with B; just because the banana helps you get your potassium in.

A and B are both good; C started out good but then you added the 2% milk. No adult should be drinking 2% - too high fat content. Then, you put in toast - do not need two grain servings at breakfast; D is out - too much sugar; E is OK but would do 2 eggs and english muffin (only 1/2 of the muffin).
