Do milk and sugar ruin the antioxidant properties of tea??


Answers: No, but you are better off without the sugar. Try out some teas that taste sweet on their own.
Revision. Milk has some antioxodants in it. I had heard that too but I don't think its true.
No, because the antioxicants are seperate from the milk and sugar.
chemically speaking, no; taste-wise, yes...but, I like tea plain ;)
I beleive the only thing that may ruin the antioxidants is the temperature of the water. Boiling water is not advisable for most 'healing' teas...Instead use water that is 'tepid', or 1/2 to 3/4s boiling to get the most from the antioxidants...
