Answers: Just curious of why 2200 calories? It seems kinda high to me. Also you should eat less processed foods they are not good for you at all. What I do is cook on Sunday for my lunches for the week for work and divide it up into plastic containers and take one out each day that I am working. Usually I roast some vegetables and divide that up. I buy a roasted chicken(already cooked) at the grocery store and put chicken in with the vegetables and thats my lunches for the week. Also you could buy salad greens and just add the chicken at work if you wanted salad instead. Those cooked chickens at the grocery store are good and they save you time. Hope this helps
