Question: If I am on a diet, should I drink coffe with 1% milk?

If you are dieting + excersing, drinking coffee is actually recommendable, since caffeine increases your energy level.
Watch out for any excesses though like 5 mugs a day! Because then you will become dehydrated...

well it's not bad but if you keep on drinking it like every day it could become bad for you. it just depends on how much of it you drink
coffee is a good source of energy but bad for your lungs so fat free would be better than usual.

Coffee is good and exciting.. but too much makes your teeth yellow. If you need something to keep you up through the night, like if you;re procrastinating or something (homework?) then you should make youself some healthy tea.
Earl Grey tea is pretty good for that. :)
I don't know about your diet..but as far as it being good for you it makes my stomach feel to acidic. I drink it anyway
