What would you do????? HELP ME PLEASE!??
Question: Breakfast- 1 whole-wheat tortilla (70cal), 1/4cp egg substitute, bell pepper, sliced mushroom, 1/4cp salsa, 1 banana, 1cp skim milk
Snack- 6oz Non-fat yogurt
Lunch- Lean Cuisine Chicken, spniach & mushroom panini, small tossed salad
Snack- 1Tb Organic PB, 1 med apple
DINNER?????? What would you eat after all that I've eaten???? I'm trying to maintain my weight and stay around a 2000 cal per day plan
Answers: Stir fry veggies and chicken breast with a cup of brown rice.
I also get home later than normal 'dinner time' so I don't get to eat dinner until about 7:45, or 8, depending on how much cooking i have to do. I try to prep on my days off, so I have a lot ready to go when I get home.
My go to is a salmon or shrimp Caesar salad.
make a light dressing with lots of lemon juice, some garlic, dijon mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt & pepper, a dash of red wine vinegar, a lil olive oil, but not alot, like a 1/4 as much as the lemon juice, you want it to still be low cal/low fat...and a lil anchovie paste, if u like. cut up some romaine, sprinkle some grated parmesean, and ur good to go!
u should be careful, make sure this is healthy cause thats a lot of calories.
