What to eat? (diet)??
Question: What are you supposed to have in a healthy intake for a day. I mean I just eat whatever my parents give me. For a regualr day I'll eat a bag of chips a chocolate bar, Chicken, Rice, Chicken again, french toast and about 2 glasses of milk. So is this healthy, because I'm pretty fat.

Answers: French toast with sugar free syrup would be good, the chicken and rice are both good, the chips and chocolate bar are both bad, and you aren't eating any fruits or vegetables. I would suggest trying to fit in more snacks throughout the day, eat like an apple with cheese, some raw nuts or seeds, airpop popcorn or smartpop popcorn, hard boiled egg with some fruit, yogurt, string cheese, veggies with peanutbutter or lite ranch, fruit with yogurt, or just fruit, sugar free jello or sugar free pudding.... Make sure you eating enough calories in a day, you should be consuming MORE than 1200.
Also, try getting in 30+ minutes of exercise in a day, even if it's just an afternoon walk or bike ride, if you have a dog take it for a walk/jog, go swimming, join a sport etc. Have fun doing it and stick with it, no one loses weight if they dont make lifestyle changes, if you diet it means your only doing it temporarly not permanantly so it doesn't work permanantly.
