What's healthier, vanilla soy milk, or skim milk??


Answers: Plant based protein in soy is much healthier than skim milk
The soy.
Soy milk has more nutrients, but skim milk is less fat.
Soy milk is better for you. Skim, 1%, 2% and whole milk is all meant for calves, not humans.
Soy milk has essential fatty acids, which cow milk has not (especially in its skim rendition). However because they don't have the same kind of proteins, I usually drink them both every day.

PS get fortified soy milk, don't eat it with cereal or you won't absorb calcium. As an alternative, and if you like it, drink orange juice with it which made calcium absorption optimal.
Any milk is healthier than milk from animals.

Humans don't need milk once they're out of infancy but for some reason, people still consume it.

If you insist on having milk, soy is better.
