Would you like to lose 10 pounds FAST....?????


Question: I did it in two weeks, dropped from 190 to 180 -after consulting with my physician and nutritionist. Here's how you can too:

1) Exercise. Brisk walking 30-45 minutes per day.

2) Water. Drink lots of water every day.

3) Sweets and Junk Food. QUIT EATING THEM!!!

4) Eat six small meals per day as follows:
a) 7:00 AM Breakfast. One small bowl of high fiber bran cereal with skim milk.
b) 10:00 AM. Apple.
c) NOON Lunch. One lean meat with two vegatables.
d) 3:00 PM. Yogurt or South Beach Diet Bar.
e) DINNER. Lean Cuisine. Raw Tomato. Lite Wheat Bread with Promise Butter.
f) 9:00 PM Snack. Fat-Free Popcorn.

Cool, but if I lost 10 pounds I would be seriously under weight, but for people who need to lose weight, this sounds like a good diet, I eat the same sort of food every day, except I'm a veggie so the lean meat would be out of the question for me. And I eat a little less everyday, about 4 small meals.
This is well balanced and well thought out. Men loose faster than women, but I'm on board. I'm going to switch up the Lean Cuisine tho so I don't get board and quit. TY good to try something someone had great results with~
