Answers: 100 years ago the correct answer most definitely would have been milk...Dr's used to prescribe gallons of it each day as a cure-all for almost anything. But now milk is pasteurized and full of hormones and pus and blood and antibiotics...it is more detrimental to your health than beneficial. cooked meat isn't good for the body so chicken is out as the best answer. cashews are good if eaten raw but they're a better source of fats than protein. salmon is good only if eaten raw, but most salmon these days comes from salmon farms which are bad and if you get it from the ocean...the oceans are so polluted you might be getting toxins in your fish you don't know are there. i guess that leaves eggs...but you have to make sure you cook the egg-whites cuz it contains an enzyme inhibitor that will impede digestion and only heat will inactivate that inhibitor. but if you eat the yolk you have to eat that raw. i think the best source of protein that didn't make the list is the grass family. wheat grass tastes horrible but have you ever seen the muscles on a horse?

The correct answer would be.... which one or group furnishes the essential amino acids. Not just the amino acids. 11 of the 22 are essential to the dietary. They are capable of forming other amino acids. As needed by the body.

get some whey powder. if protein is what u want, then whey is what you'll need

Protein from meat is the best. It has a more complete sequence of all the essential amino acids. Vegans claim they get all the protein they need from the veggies and nuts (and twigs and weeds) they eat, which is not true. Meat is the way to go. And RED MEAT IS NOT BAD FOR YOU.
