Is it true that if you drink 8oz of milk 3x a day you will lose weight and brun fat .thankyou.??

Thats silly who told u that? it will help u have healthy skin, bones ect but not help u lose weight (unless thats all ur having!)

As someone who follows a lower carb/low glycemic index lifestyle, and type 2 diabetic, I found this article particularly interesting:

If you're drinking skimmed milk it would be more slimming than whole milk.

But really any kind of diet needs exercise along with it to achieve weight loss like that.

The milk will be good for the calcium but I don't think that on its own it will burn fat.
Along with diet and exercise... but as far as milk goes, which it does contain essential nutrients your body needs, results regarding weight loss are as yet inconclusive...
I don't know what an Oz is, but if u drink too much milk when you aren't in a growing state (child) most probably u put on way. Drink one glass of milk a day, that's the healthy way. You can have some cheese as well, it has calcium as well is just like milk, so it counts towards milk intake.
