Eliminating dairy??


Question: Milk has always bothered me with GI upset. But cheese and yogurt and sour cream has not. Should I eliminate all dairy from my diet what can I increase comsumption of for natura sources of calcium and potassium? Meat is a good source of both but I limit meat consumption.
Answers: If the only reason you are not eating food is because of the reaction your body has to it, then it sounds as though you only need to eliminate milk. you may want to talk to your dr about the reaction.
