Is this healthy for a diet??
Question: breakfast: bowl of honey nut cheerios w/ cut up strawberries & skim milk. water.
lunch: turkey wrap w/ lettuce, little mayo, little cheese. cup of mixed fruit & carrot sticks.
snack: apple
dinner: french vanilla latte w/ zero calorie sugar, 1 chicken leg, broccoli.
snack: kinda a lot of kettle corn & water.
will i gain weight from this?
Answers: No you wont! Good job! Jsut be sure to get atleast 1,200 calories a day!

NO, but really close! the best way to eat is - no sauce, syrup, white sugar, pop, meat skin, red meat, latte's, cream. Sounds like death eh? NO, Try-you can eat a load of strawberries, chicken breasts, fish, turkey, vegitarian subs on multigrain, all dark vegies, carfull curtain inions are full of cals. Mini wheats are the lowest for cals.
i think u should cut the mayo on lunch... but other then that, its ok...
