Fasting is the worse way to lose weight your body thinks it is starving so it will start turning all calories into fat thinking you are going to starve it again. The more often you do this the more the body clings to it's fat. try another option for losing weight. Weight Watchers is a good program it's alife style an you can do it for life, use your own foods and has a great maintainance plan once you get to your goal weight.
I always tell people this: There is NO quick fix to weight. You maybe losing now, but your body is getting used to you not taking in enough food, enough nutrients, and so it will adapt to work on less. Then when you start eating a normal amount of food... or even a less-than-normal amount of food, you'll gain the weight because your body will remember this time of starvation , and will think it needs to save energy better by producing more fat cells and burning less calories.
You should be boosting your metabolism through exercise and a healthy diet, eating at the right time, like having a nice big breakfast and so forth. The way you are doing it is also not good for your health. Reconsider what you are doing and make the necessary changes. I know it seems great now that you're losing this weight, but don't you really want to be at your target weight forever? As opposed to for a few weeks or months when you are done with fasting... because you can't fast forever!
