How to stay healthy without being unhealthy??


Question: I know that i'm very unhealthy for my age but whenever i go to eat something i keep telling myself not to eat too much because then i'll be unhealthy. And when i eat i try to limit myself because i think i'm eating too much and that i'm taking in too many calories. I don't eat fast food maybe once a month or so. Don't usually drink soda, don't eat chips, candy to try and stay healthy but i also don't drink milk,because even though i know i should i hate the taste of it and i don't eat many fruits but i try to eat very little to stay healthy but i usually end up not eating at all. What should i do?
Answers: You better start eating high protein food, milk, meat, and lots of vegetables and fruit.
