Question: i just ate1 bowl of speacial k with skim milk, and earlier for breakfast, i ate 1 pkg. of fat free rice. WILL I GET FAT OFF IT, I AM NOT GONNA EXERCISE TODAY. THNX
Answers: You are just being a little paranoid, what would be worse is if you skipped breakfast all together. Remeber, you can not utilize fat deposites for energy to be burned if you have no food in your belly. When you do not eat your body will target you muscle which would be bad.
Perhaps you should actually have a little more for breakfast. PS, if something says, fat free, carb free or partially hydrogonated on it then stay away because it is usually three times as bad for you. Low calorie stuff is ok though.
