Soymilk vs Normal Milk??
Question: When it comes right down to it is skim milk or soymilk better for you? I dont like normal milk, but can usually manage to force myself to drink skim (the other types are too thick and get me sick). I prefer soymilk and it seems to have a good health rep so really is there some big difference in nutritional value?

Ive learned something new by reading this. Stick with the soymilk. Its most definitely healthier and of course tastier
I prefer soymilk. Soymilk usually has all the added vitamins that regular milk offers. I've gone dairy free and take a vitamin D supplement and eat really well and very well balanced meals. Regular milk is pumped full of antibiotics and hormones and I don't know what's worse? You can also find lots of calcium that is absorbed much better from veggies like:
Salmon
Tofu
Rhubarb
Sardines
Collard greens
Spinach
Turnip greens
Okra
White beans
Baked beans
Broccoli
Peas
Brussel sprouts
Sesame seeds
Bok choy
Almonds
My milk of choice would be Milky Way. They are very good.
I don't think there's any big difference in nutrition. You could always check the nutrition facts labels if you're really concerned, but both are healthy choices. If you like the taste of soymilk better, then I say go for it.
Soy milk has less calories, less protein, and less calcium than whole milk.
So if your trying to lose weight, it can be a good thing. I need all the protein i can get..so im sticking to whole milk or 2%
