If i eat this will i lose weight??
Question: oatmeal, special k, raw fruit and veggies, and applesause
diet green tea, milk, and water
i weigh 134 and am 5'5
want to lose 14 pounds.
Answers: It's not unhealthy, and why do you say diet green tea? Teas dont have calories, unless you are referring to the bottled DRINK. Stay away from those. Aspartame increases your appetite and creates fat around your liver. Take it easy on the fruit and don't sweeten your oatmeal and you are good to go. Add flax seeds to your oatmeal-- ton of fibre; great for you. Applesauce MUST be unsweetned. MAKE SURE it says unsweetened, otherwise all store baught applesauces are heavily sugared. Milk-- one percent or lower.
Also, you do need some protein in there, so eating nuts is a good idea, because all the fats in nuts are good for you and needed and make your heart stronger. Also, excercise!

a lot fruit can actually make u gain weight....fat free milk is better
but not a bad start u should see some results...but if ur tryin to look fit instead of using some extra pounds...add some walking or joggin in there.....itd help a lot but yes that shouldn't be too bad for a start
If you really want to lose weight star doing some exercise!!!!!!
it is healthy :). and as long as it is in steady, small portions and you exercise regularly, you should lose weight
just eat the right amounts of that stuff and also exercising will help 2

definatley..but get some meat? or maybe ur a vegetarian...but ya seems nice too
sounds good to eat, just make sure you balance it into three meals, and snacks in between. Also, excersize. just eating rught wont do the trick. its not that easy to lose weight!!!
