Milk and crackers: help you sleep??


Question: Is this true? Would you recommend I have some milk and crackers before I go to bed? Can I substitute fig newtons?
Answers: I would say drink the milk lose the crackers. Milk has things in it that calm you down and does help you sleep easier. Of take a swig of nyquil.
I say NO to the crackers, but yes, a bit of warm milk (doesnt taste the best), but warm milk will help you sleep.
Eating anything before bed is not a good idea. are you eating becuase your hungry or just want to get sleepy. If your really hungry have a peice of fruit, if your looking to get sleepy read a book....that ususally does it for me.
A mug of warm milk with a bit of honey usually does the trick for me.
