Gaining Muscle Mass??


Question: I am a freshman in high School and want to gain muscle mass without steroids.

1. What are some good brands of protein shakes or muscle milk that I can take to help gain muscle mass?

2. When should I take them, before or after workouts?

you're supposed to have 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh, to obtain this try drinking 2-3 protein shakes a day and if you are heavily working out it is okay to have 4-5 shakes a day..

protein shakes/bars give you that extra little bit of protein you may not be able to get regularily. .

i like myopro whey protein, usually the vanilla flavours are best because you can add them into smoothies, shakes, yogurt, etc. look for protein bars with less sugar and higher amounts of protein.

protein shakes.. ur gaining muscle without doing anything.. that would be stupid just try getting a couple of months of good workouts then try it. i know a person for doing it for 1 year and hes big... u do not want to go their just try getting your own muscles
