I am 5'1 and 131 lbs. I started drinking soy protein shakes, are these harmful??


Question: I wanted to make sure I intake enough protein to gain muscle mass. I workout with weights 3 times a week and cardio 3-4 week. I drink a powdererd shake in the morning with my milk, total of 28g, plus my normal protein intake with my everyday meals.
Answers: As part of a well balanced diet protein shakes are fine.
