Skim, 2% fat or Full Cream... which milk is better??

Answers: Full cream. Way less sugar in it.
skim
full cream!
cream of course..

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.
skim, more calcium, less fat
Depends why you ask:
Full cream tastes great in coffee, and since you don't have to use much, you don't have to worry about fat content.
Now, 2% is the most ideal, since it tastes great as a beverage, and not as fattening as 3%.
But, health-wise, skim is the best: you get all great things of any milk, minus the fat. (Actually, I've switched to skim and after two days, I got adjusted to it's taste). Now, I can eat my chocolate with the milk with less guilt!
I use skim for my shakes and oatmeal.

But for tea or coffe it's always full cream or half and half
2% its healthier
Health wise, a 2% is probably best (if you don't work out too much). Why? you ask. Simply because naturally, milk has fat for its completion. Milk is indeed the most complete meal a person can have and that's obviously why newborns drink it. It has a huge amount of water(about 95%), fat, vitamin D, emulsifiers (that allow the suspension of the fat with the water) and many vitamins. When milk is de-fatted , meaning when the lipids are taken out of it, the are many vitamins that are liposoluble (meaning they melt in fat-not water) these vitamins will also go with the fat, so if you drink a skim milk you're losing so many vitamins. Obviously manufacturers add vitamins to it afterward, but its natural perfection isn't there. But 2% doesn't loose as much. Whole milk is clearly the best especially if you exercise regularly, because all that fat that you ingest will be burnt. But if you don't exercise so much, I'd go for a 2%.
Hope this helped :)
Good luck!
Healthwise, skimmed. Taste wise full cream, remember gold top .
they all taste the same to me. i think 2% is better for you, though.
