Does milk make you skinny??


Question: just wondering..
Answers: No. Milk doesn't but adding dairy to your diet can speed up your metabolism is the claim. I will add that when I switched my diet to having yogurt in the morning instead of the heavier things I did lose a ton of weight. Don't know the exact why's but it worked. Milk is also known as lactose, which is a sugar. The theory behind adding milk to your diet is that it will make you feel fuller longer. But in and of itself, it is a sugar. So NO.
