Low Energy??
Question: Normally I'm a weight lifting fanatic. I love keeping myself fit, but recently the past couple of months since being sick I have been unable to find the energy to get off the couch and lift weights.
I am almost ALWAYS completly low on energy. I mean I can barely pull myself up off the couch, I thought it could of been sleep so I started getting 10-12 hours of sleep per night, that wasn't the matter. So then I marked it back down to a normal 8 hours of sleep, nothing has changed.
I get plenty of carbs during the day and eat enough food that I should be getting plenty of energy. I thought of RedBull but I've heard it kills people?
So what is your advice? Red bull? Vitamins? Iron pills?
Thank You!
Answers: hi, i doubt this will completely solve your problem, but it might help. have you ever heard of how your sleep cycles are in 90 minute increments? they said if you sleep more than 7.5 but less than 9 hours a night, then you will wake up tired--cos you will wake up during the middle of a sleep cycle. so one thing you could do is try sleeping either 7.5 or 9 hours a night. other than that, i exercise first thing in the morning and it gives me more energy than i used to have.
try taking a sport vitamin, the b vitamins help out with energy, also ginseng, or try maybe the gns sport pack which has a daily multi, energy blend, argining, and glutamine. you can also try pre work out formula such as no-explode, nanox9.
or you can also do a body cleanser which also helps refresh your whole body
go to pharmacy like walgreens and cvs for fish oils and q-co 10.they really work .
