Egg, Milk & Cereals As Breakfast??
Question: Hello everyone,
I'm 18, 5ft 8, 135 lbs and I bike my way to school everyday. It takes around 15 minutes. I bike at moderate speed.
Now, what I wanted to know is that: Is it compatible to take cereals (Kelogg's Corn Flakes) with 250 ml of milk and eat a poached egg after it? Would you suggest adding anything else to it?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Answers: While I certainly wouldn't consider that an optimal or healthy breakfast, you aren't going to get sick by eating those together.
what do you mean by compatible?
personally, i eat 2 bowls of branflakes and that keeps me going. even more healthy than normal kellogs cornflakes.
