im not losing the weight

am i doing enouhg
Answers: yes u are. dont give up. you are doing so so great. your body basicly takes 2 weeks to get used to it. so u wont lose no weight for 14-16 days. but after that it will come of sooooo fast. the other 2 days try doing some weights for 20 mins each day. that burns quite a bit of calories to.

dont give up. trust me on this. good luck and i hope i helped
you are not doing anything wrong, it is just that your body is reacting to something new and it is trying to get use to the changes
135 for 5'4 is nothing to fret about.
it would be different if uy weighed 235lbs but ur 135lbs, like wat do u want to be? a barbie doll?

by the way u are doing loads

change up ur routine dont do the exact same thing all the time. ur body has adjusted to it is all. so u kinda plato'd is all. so do something different
This is Christ, my child, your doing to much, excesses every other day, your body tones while your asleep, and any guru will tell you don,t exercises for 90 minutes break it up 45m AM 45m PM. I hope this helps you,and one more thing stop talking in church,I'll be watching.
it depends on your metabolism as well hun..its the way you was built as well...try adios they are supposed to be good...or fat burners....but hay you are still only young in a few weeks it could work out that if you turn side ways no one will see you ;0)
Maybe it is your bodies way of telling you that you are at a healthy, perfectly acceptable weight.

Also, muscle weighs heaver than fat, try measuring yourself, you have probably lost inches but not pounds.
I feel your pain. I'm 5'4 , 17 years old, and 112 lbs. But I DO manage to lose wieght. Anyone can, it doesn't matter if you're 200 lbs or 50 lbs. And just because I have a small weight doesn't mean that I look small. I don't.

I try similiar tactics. If they don't work, I usually give up and go to McDonalds. But if you really want to lose wieght, find someone like a friend who is over 18 to go and get you some diet pills.Screw starvation, it never works.
muscle weighs more than fat.
You are working out more than enough!! As long as you're still eating healthily, the weight will definitely start to come off soon! It's like a snowball. It takes a while to get going, but once it is, there's no stopping it. Sooner or later this training and your metabolism will kick in. Don't overtrain yourself now, and make sure you still eat a healthy amount!
Try eating your dinner at breakfast time and your breakfast at dinner time. Sometimes this simple technique will help you lose weight. And don't worry too much about how much you eat. Try going vegetarian for a bit. I've never met an overweight vegetarian.
to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !
Are you crazy? My wife is 5'4 and 135 lbs was her GOAL WEIGHT!

You may need to figure out if you're obsessing this - you don't want to dip into anorexia to take the weight off

FP
it's your partner who needs to be hard!
You are obviously well toned I would just relax and have some chocolate. There is nothing wrong with being a well toned, well proportioned voluptuous Size 16 and since you are probably only a size UK14 I wouldn't become too obsessive with losing weight.
Don't count what calories you burn, use exercise as an extra boost to weight loss if that is your goal. The recommended calorie intake for slimmers is about 1200 calories per day. But it is so much easier to lose weight by eating only healthy food. Keep a food diary and write down all that you eat before you eat it as then you have committed to eating it and if it is junk it may make you change your mind about eating it. Its amazing how much we 'forget' that we have eaten and writing it down will make you more aware. More fresh fruit and veg. Two litres of water a day if you are exercising.
yes but u also have to eat right
ues your doing enough. give it time. if your working out hard some fat will be firmed to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. but dont worry as long as use keep to nice light weights and cardio ur body will simply gain musckle and youll firm up giving u shape.
well aside from working out, which looks good, your calorie intake is also good but what does it comprise of. everyone eats too much sugar and salt, even if you don't think so... wait a minute, your not fat. stop complaining.
are you diabetic?
If you're that worried, see your doctor but it doesn't sound like you have a lot to worry about as far as body image.
Did you have blood work done to test your thyroid?

Are you eating healthy and counting calories?

Good luck to you.
Perhaps working out too hard? That builds muscle which weigh quite a lot.. But then again, no matter what the weight you will look much better. Isn't that the whole point?
