Can i lose any weight by just not drinking soda??
Question: ive recently stopped drinking soda and started drinking crystal light and milk and tea more heavily. what i want to know is can i lose any weight over time by simply not drinking soda or is more required and please note i drank at least one can a day
Answers: If you are serious about losing weight, cut down on refined sugar, flour and most processed foods including chips.
Opt for low fat or skimmed milk, yoghurt etc.You could try green tea without milk and sugar.
Do excercise atleast 30min a day,and drink around 8-10 glassesof water.
Always count your portion so that you can keep a check on calories.
I assure you that if you stick to the diet and excercise regime, you will definitely see the result by the end of 6 months.
After losing weight, do maintain it too.
Yes, soda is full of unnecessary sugars and calories. Good luck!
Well drinking water and not drinking any soda will help you lose weight definitely, but you can also do other things to help lose weight faster. Exercising for example.
Actually, yes. Soda is one of the worst things out there. It has high fructose corn syrup which gets stored directly into your fat instead of being available to be used as fuel, doesn't trigger leptin which is responsible for telling your brain that you're nutritiously full, and soda weakens your bones.
I also recommend that you avoid Crystal Light. It uses a chemically modified sugar called sucralose which is also bad for your body. Stick with drinking more water if you can, it's more healthier for you.
you can lose some weight but not alot. By not drinking any soda you are taking in less calories, if everything else stays the same, so by taking in less calories you might lose some weight. I also heard that soda help hold water in your body, dont know if it is true.
I believe it would def. help because soda has alot of calories
drinking skim milk and green tea is a good start. Crystal light is not 100% good for you, although it has less calories and is sugar free too much sucralose (the sweetener in Crystal light) is bad for you. Also try to avoid Aspartame (another sugar substitute...like equal) avoiding soda can make a very good impact on your health. its better for your teeth and lots of other stuff.
