Will this weightloss plan work??
Question: I eat a bagel for breakfast, a snapple for lunch, special K cereal and milk after school, then I go out to to play with friends for like 3-4 hours, and then I eat normal dinner. I am 14 years old. I am about 155 pounds. Will this help to lose 25 pounds in 1 month?

Diet plans are not meant to be starvation plans. You need a balanced plan that inludes fruit or vegetables, lean protein and slowly digestable carbs. Remember portion control.
