What are the best foods to eat??

Question: when dieting? i know fruit and veggies but i get tired of eating the same things-any sugestions? also is it okay to have a bit of lo fat milk each day?thanks
Answers: three servings of low fat or fat free dairy products will help burn calories.

Eat a lot of lean protien like egg whites ( or imitation eggs), chicken, fish and turkey.

Stick with whole grain breads. I like aunt millies light, it only has 100 calories in two slices.

Make sure you are eating 5 or 6 small meals a day.

Nuts are a very healthy fat, and a small amount will keep you full for a while, they are full of protien.

Also, beans (kidney, refried) will keep you full, they have lots of fiber.

Try getting some baked tortilla chips (but watch your portion sizes) and mix fat free refried beans with a little salsa (watch your salsa, a lot of it has sugar added) and make a dip.

Also good with chips is guacomole. Just mix an avacado with salsa, an onion, and lime juice. This is high in heart healthy fat, but remember it does have calories so watch your portion sizes. This is also good as a veggie dip, if you dont want to splurge on chips.

Another good way to make veggie dip is to take a 16 oz container of fat free cottage cheese, and stick it in the blender until its smooth, then mix in a packet of hidden valley ranch dip mix. In a half cup, you get one serving of your fat free dairy, and a great dip in only 80 calories, no fat, and about 8 grams of protien.

A good splurge, not an every day one, is the breyers light icecream. Its low in fat and calories. Watch out for the Edys brand, it contains partially hydrogenated oil which is a transfat. Load your bowl up with mashed strawberries and blue berries, maybe a few sliced almonds, and make a healthy sundae
I can't list all the good foods, so I will name just a few good, basic snacks.
Low fat milk is very good for you, I encourage you to drink plenty.
Oats are extremely healthy. They make a great lunch, dinner, or breakfast. Add some raisins too.
Eggs are the best breakfast there is. They are high in protein, and have healthy vitamins. You will feel full for hours after eating one. They do NOT raise cholesterol, as the old myth says.
These are some simple meals that anyone can prepare quickly, and are very healthy.
Good luck!
The best foods to eat are vegetables but you tried that so low fat milk like 1% milk is fine but try more vegetables
