Can milk be the cause. . ??

Question: Of weight gain?

Like. . I drink milk a lot. .

can that be a cause of weeght gainn?
Answers: Yeah. Drink Low fat or skimmed milk.
Whole Milk: 333 ml = 200 calories
it can be one cause but in a year of not drinking milk you would probably lose about 10 pounds.
Sure it can especially if you are drinking whole milk or 2% milk. Switch to fat free or skim milk.
Definitely. Unless you are drinking organic milk without growth hormones....It will make you gain weight. Try this fruit drink made from the Acai berry of the rain forest. IT will help lose weight and give you energy.

Absolutely!
Milk is loaded with fat.
Most people think 2% milk is healthy but consider that whole milk has 3% fat.
Humans are the only creatures that continue to drink milk into adulthood after weaning.
Why is that?

.
Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
If it is whole milk, it could play a factor. It's a bit higher in saturated fat, sodium, and cholesterol compared to 1% or skim milk.

If you drink 1% or skim milk to begin with, then no, it isn't the cause.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.mylnation.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
