Am i fat????
Question: Ok do i sound fat? i am 12 almost 13 i weigh about 150 pounds maybe less i wear a size 8 pant and a large maybe medium shirt and i am about 5'3 and i have some stretch marks on my thighs and hips but i take 3 hours of dance classes a week and i also exersize but i like to eat dont be too mean but tell the truth and u probably think im huge but i dont look that big i just weight alot but i curvy and i think im kinda pretty but trust me i look like im like 120 pounds but im not and im trying to loose weight but tell the truth. am i fat?
Answers: NO, I do not think you are fat, maybe you are not at your ideal weight but to me, you do not classify as fat. Besides, I don't think you should worry a lot right now about losing weight if you are planning on doing so since you are still developing, you are still just a kid about to enter your teen stage! However, I do think that maybe losing a little bit of weight will definitely bring down your risk of developing any kind of disease. And a good way of doing so is of course as you might have already heard, cutting on your intake of junk or food with too many calories.
Size 8 is not fat. And you are already exercising, so that's great. I think you are fine the way you are, but if you WANT to lose weight, drink more water and eat more fruits and veggies. But I don't think you need to, not at all.
Oh and I have a friend who is 5'5 and weight 105lbs and SHE has stretch marks, she's tiny, so sometimes it just happens.
no my little cousin is 13 and she is exactly like you. she likes to eat, but exersizes frequently. she weighs about the same as you too. she gets plenty of invitations for dates, so i don't think other peeps think shes fat.
Why do you care? If you're pretty I'm sure many guys will like you and nobody thinks you're fat anyway. Just keep eating healthy and exercising.
