Muscle Milk??
Question: I am 14 5' 8 and 152 pounds. I bench 140 max. I weight lift probably 3 days a week and play football. Would muscle milk be healthy for me to take for increased vitamins and proteins, or should I try something else?
Answers: Since you're only 14 its risky taking creatine since your body should be able to produce it naturally and safely at your age. I'd say talk to a real doctor about supplements before taking anything that could potentially make you sick. Usually taking a multi vitamin and men's protein supplements you're better off, but more importantly ask a doctor if you want some serious bulking up.
140? you are a weak kid. I would try creatine cycles, and talk to your doctor about HGH. Bulk up or die, dawg.
