I am having 2 muscle milk's per day as meal replacements. Will this hinder my weight loss efforts????


Question: To be exact, its Muscle Milk lite, with a banana, ff milk, egg whites. It keeps me full throughout the day & its great after my morning workout. I am well aware I should be having 5 meals a day, but thats just so much to eat! I have lost over 25 pounds, gained muscle, but am struggling to lose the last 9 pounds. Please help!! :)
Answers: Muscle milk has too many calories and too much fat or people trying to lose weight..... I know it tastes great, but look for something else. Theres a lot of protein shakes that have way less fat and calories.

If your trying to lose the last few pounds, change what you do for cardio. Look up HIIT. Also get a jumprope.
