I have like HUGE leg muscles?!?!?!?!??
Question: k well let me tell you this first i WASN'T born with big leg muscles i only started getting them this year (oh and i am 14 years old) my thighs look HUGE cuz of my muscles, so is there like any excercise i can do or like ANYTHING and i mean ANYTHING that i can do to make them smaller/leaner. Oh yea and it is NOT in my Genes. and again it started this year. and i am also getting stretch marks on my wait+thighs. OH PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Are you working out or anything????? I have to work out without any weights on my lower half because of the same thing. I do lots of cardio at the lowest resistance and try to build up my upper half. You could also talk to your gym teacher and ask for help. Everyone has different builds and body types and you may be one of those that have the body type of a pear. (Beyonce does too and look at all the attention she gets) Hold tight you are just starting to shape into a lovely young lady and it will get easier for you in time. GOOD LUCK!!!!

How huge is huge? You didn't give an indication as to the actual size, nor your height, so we really can't say if your legs are out of proportion or not. They may be bigger than before, but that's what can happen when you're growing.
First off, there's a big difference between muscle and fat. If you're legs are mostly muscle, then that's just how you're made. But, if you have a lot of fat on your legs, then its time to eat right and exercise.
How can you tell if your legs are muscle or flab? Easy, just sit down on a hard surface and look at your thigh. Is it solid? Then you've got a lot of muscle. Does it spill over? Then you've got flab. If its somewhere in between, then that's OK.
As for the stretch-marks, they're most likely due to growing a little too fast for your skin. You're young and the collagen in your skin is still very pliable, and the stretch-marks should go away in time. This is provided that you're eating healthy meals and getting enough nutrients into your body. If you're still concerned, then talk with a dermatologist. (Stretch-marks and cellulite aren't a fat problem, but a skin problem.)

Amputation.
I have always had big calves which has been annoying and even when i was really thin they never changed and i ***** wear knee high boots or anything. Stretch marks come regardless i think but you could maybe try some cream to help reduce them. Be happy with your body and atleast your legs arent big due to fat,i bet you look nice
dude, you're getting fat..... no offense. start eating right, start running or swimming on a daily basis and after a while it will start melting off!
Puberty sucks.... try pilates, something that lengthens muscles instead of building muscle.
i dont know how to fix the stretch marks but a way to make ur legs more leaner is exersises with more repetitions like instead of squating 8-12 squat 20-25 repetitions. I am 15 my thighs and legs are defined but not huge. Running and riding ur bike a lot well help much to.
Be honest...are you taking any supplements to enhance muscularity? If you are stop. If you are not and your body is developing with large quad muscles than I hate to tell you but this genetic. Some where in your family it is there. You are not a prisoner of your genes, however. The clients of mine who have this problem I simply have them run for there exercise. It will lean out your legs but be aware that it will also lean the rest of your body as well. To prevent that your weight routine needs to be pretty heavy to prevent muscle loss ( which is what you are going for in your legs). Your weight routine for your legs should be very light and a ton of reps. Good luck.
Don't worry about it! You'll grow into it. Since you're 14, you still have growing to do...you'll probably get taller and then they'll end up fitting you perfectly...it's one of those downsides to puberty & growing up :(

You should see a doctor. You may have deformities in your thighs or irregular muscle growth in that area. Exercising them when they are that big might actually make it bigger.

I agree with rob you cant gain muscle by doing nothing.Atleast you have to do 2 years of weigh training to get good big legs.But you are only 14.I dont see how you can train 2 years unless your dad is a professional bodybuilder
